About Huaka'i Luau

Spend an evening at Huaka'i Luau on Maui with island-style dining, cultural activities, Polynesian entertainment and a fire-knife finale near Ka'anapali Beach.

3 hoursSaturday Also open on Wednesdays during the summer months

Huaka’i Luau at Ka’anapali Beach Club

Set beside the ocean on the Luau Lawn at Hilton Grand Vacations Ka’anapali Beach Club, Huaka’i Luau brings music, island flavors and Polynesian storytelling to one of Maui’s most beautiful coastlines. As the sun lowers over the Pacific, guests gather for an evening inspired by Hawaii as Momi ‘O Ka Pakipika, the Pearl of the Pacific.

The show follows the spirit of the ancient Polynesian voyagers who crossed vast stretches of open ocean using the stars, currents and knowledge passed from one generation to the next. Live music, graceful hula and powerful island rhythms carry the story across the Pacific, celebrating the courage and traditions of Hawaii, Tahiti, Samoa, Fiji and New Zealand.

As darkness settles over Ka’anapali, the evening builds toward an exciting fireknife finale. Master dancers trained in the Samoan art of afi bring steel, flame and movement together in a thrilling performance beneath the Maui sky.

Dinner is served buffet style with fresh island greens, mahi mahi, shoyu chicken, kalua pork and other local favorites. Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free selections are also available, allowing guests with different preferences to relax and enjoy the celebration together.
